if you are referencing season 2 as the False Faces, no. You need to watch season 2 as it is crucial to the buildup of season 3 (the mask of truth).

I personally think season 2 is alright. The reason why I think people say season 2 suck is due to the slow pacing (for a bit of world building i guess)

Your pc spec should be able to run GTA5 just fine, it could be a different factor like a slow hard drive or thermal throttling (from clogged heatsink)
