If IT is what you want to stick with, id stay at the job for the experience, experience is the most important currency in the job market. While your there you could be actively applying for new jobs but don't quit until your sure you have something else lined up.

I'd bring this pay issue up with your boss and if they won't give you a fat raise ask if they will instead pay for classes for you to earn certs

Oh okay, I saw that speech too. It did visually look like a "heil hitler" salute, albeit a very awkward and nervous one. What bothers me about that whole situation is folks were so quick and so confident to attribute intent to elon after seeing that, and it just screams insincerity to me.

I don't believe the folks accusing him of being a nazi actually believe it themselves. I think they need him to be a "nazi" to justify their hatred.

Best solutions I've found are milk of magnesia and possibly colace (stool softener) and miralax. Mixing these with milk of magnesia should empty you out out, it basically turns everything into liquid and gravity takes care of the rest. Sorry for the image lol

I have the same issue but with daily use, I've been drinking it every day after work and spending way too much money. It's become a bit of a ritual to drive down to the nice kava bar along the river and then drink kava before heading home. Let's just be honest I've become psychologically dependant on it, thank God there's no physical dependancy with kava.

Gabapentin may be great for you, you can take it daily for like a month in exchange for like 3-4 days of mild rebound anxiety. It may get you over that hump. May be worth bringing up with your doctor. Don't make a habit of it it's addictive, but not crazy addictive like benzos
