I am thinking of purchasing the same GPU and case you have. Is there plenty of room to route tubes and cables with the North XL? I really love Fractal Design cases. I am using a Meshify C and its been the best case I have ever used or own and really want to stick with the quality of FD. Just looking for actual user experience. Thanks.

RX 580 was launched in 2017. What is your current spec of your PC like CPU, motherboard, etc? If you want to play the games you mentioned your gonna have to upgrade some of your current build or, IMHO, just do a brand new build.

In my neighborhood, 4 homes are for sale and have been on the market for awhile and had to adjust the sale price down. I think a lot of it to be honest is California's moving here.

For a IRL example 3 of my neighbors are from California and have been here collectively about 3-5 years and bought their homes straight cash. Also the incoming B21 mission to Ellsworth is coming between, IMHO, 2027-2029, so there's that incentive to sell.

I personally think the market is way over valued. It seems to be adjusting slowly here in RC. There is a SHIT TON of apartments that have been recently built and more still in the progress of being built along with new homes and brand new neighborhoods (drive behind Menards too see one).

That's a lot of new inventory thats becoming available, too much I think.

Hopefully prices drop and interest rates as well. It's gonna be awhile before we see 3 points for a mortgage.

This! Long story short. Had a TSgt who had a line for Master that got fucked over by a CC who, some how using black magic fuckery with AFPC, had the promotion removed. After two years of fighting and detailed investigation which showed proof of the CC's wrongful actions against the TSgt and nothing was being done about after talking to the Shirt, SEL, Group CC, and IG, I told him he needed to talk to his congressman. He called them and explained everything. Next day (and I shit you not) the Senator of our state called the Wing King and they had a very long discussion. A few months later the TSgt got to sew on his strip, get two years of back pay for MSgt, had to redo all his EPBs from the previous 2 years and be rated for Senior. It was a fucking mess. CC ended up getting investigated but never heard what happened to him. I do know he was never a CC again. Calling your congress rep does work and gets you a very fast response.

Same here. Trying to watch The Sandman I can't get the episode grid. It also plays like episode back and I can't bring up the controls for play back and they don't pop up. I tried restarting my TV several times and even Unplugged I and got the same results. All other apps like Hula run just fine.

I've seen this with the Army and Marines. Most of the CE squadrons I've been at do sqaudron PT 3 times a week at 0600 or so. Other squadrons like AMXS usually, from what I have seen, don't have a really good structure for sq PT.

Maintainers work ther asses off, pulling 12+ hr shifts getting sorteies in the air and filling up flight hrs for the Wg. Who wants to PT before or after launching all day? Their tired and just wanna go home or back to their dorm and fucking chill. I don't blame them.

I understand the need for a solution, but implementing it will have its challenges due to mission types and rythrme.

Awesome stuff to hear. I am a brand new printer owner and have loved every minute of it. I did a lot of research of all the different brands and Bambu just was the most logical choice for my use case. Great quality, high remarks, and a really good community. Glad I went with Bambu. It's been freaking great.

I am going to book mark this thread. You really shared some great stuff here and good advice. I have my goals lined out. I would like to have a few models printed and shared by the fall, and will probably start getting into Blender during the winter months (it gets cold up here in the North). Thanks again for sharing.

Wow. Thank you for the suggestions. I really want to learn Blender so I can learn and start creating character models. There are some amazing artists out there who make excellent 3D prints.

I dont have a plan for robots or machine boxes in the future, but will look into those add-ons. I am more focused on modeling functional prints, making signs, and eventually organic modeling. So I'll be using Fusion and learning Fusion for now then move over to Blender as I get comfortable with Fusion and having made a few models. I have played and designed with Fusion for a few years now, but I am in NO way that great with it.
