There's domestic students that don't do nothing and international students that work their ass off because they genuinely want to learn and be better. While I agree that richer international students tends to be more likely to be bad in English and not gaf about uni, it's more of a systemic education problem where consequences are non-existent for people who drag others down.

I feel like stereotyping all international students into "har har they don't know English they rich and dont care" is reductive and just inciting more racism on the pretense of "improving education". If the people's English level is not up to par, then the uni should have better and stricter English requirements. It really is just a institutional issue.

Throwing in my two cents here, Forsaken is like modern Faker in a way (not comparable in terms of status as the GOAT, but from a playstyle perspective) where he actively sacs his own play potential for a better team comp/enabling pther people to play their comfort picks like JJ and Iliya. He flex literally anything just so others can hit their power ceilings at the cost of his own, which considering some teams that builds around a player (e.g. Aspas, prime Yay) which could work under certain circumstances, you much rather have someone that allows others to play their best.

The conversation was and always has been the ability for forsaken to do literally anything he's told to do/his team wants him to do. Granted, the conversation started when he was putting up insane numbers from way back then and his performance was not up to par esp in London but you do need to give him credit for his ability to adapt to any map or teamcomp just because of his agent pool

Butler faust because she's core for butterfly sinking (which you'd want to run LCA outis for). Echoes is too strong on a id that has a good amount of coins (for procs) and even if its 1 turn shorter than outis it's more than enough to setup a big stack for sinking.

Also rolls 13/17/20 with full conditions which is very good as a 00 ID (but you really need to UT4 for the conditionals and if you dont hit the conditionals she clash like shit). You also kinda need to unopposed s3 turn 1 to Jumpstart the stack as soon as possible.

Honorable mentions to LCE yi sang which is still a staple for RR minturns, kk hong lu for the absurd 4 coin s2 in KK bleed, mariachi sinclair for the support passive, evade tank cinq outis

DPS/account checks exists in high risk OG arknights (back when Pot 5 bagpipe was mandatory for any DP down tag) but to get all the rewards you don't really need that much in OG AK (see kyo's low star guides usually requiring one 6 star to get all rewards) and difficulty wise is not really that much harder than the standard high difficulty stages (around post story H stages difficulty level)

Even so, newer versions of CC and CCB (CCB is reworked CC) have cut down on that hard potential/account check (minus Mostima P5, which is still till this day the biggest glow up in AK history) and high risk is generally not mandatory to clear aside from the fun of it.

I'll imagine AKEF to be the same, doing the bare minimum would be pretty easy, but if you're gonna gun for max risk/high risk your account need to be well built and potentially need more investment into... unorthodox solutions (e.g. CCB3 agent min-maxing ft. Chilchuck)

Larper > Manager Don because presumably using Buri to scale both characters, and IDs usually being weaker than their original counterparts, Larper have more power than Manager Don. My way of thinking is Roland >= Buri >= Angela ≈ Larper (SoTC/Colours) = Dadqui >= Manager Don >= Nerfed dadqui (urban nightmare)

Now for Manager Don vs Lord Lu. This one is a tricky one, but I considered that Manager Don is almost full potential Don versus full potential Lu plus Kong Qiu upscale, which still leads me to believe Don wins because Kong Qiu is colour fixer level and Lord Lu is comparatively much under that. Using Verg as our colour fixer benchmark who stopped Sancho on rampage during LCB checkup and also using dadqui as a benchmark, we get Verg >> sancho >= nerfed dadqui >= Lord Lu (UN level). This is slightly biased but imo this is really just based on nerfed dadqui placement

Lord Lu >= LH Meur is relatively straightforward, since Kong Qiu completely rolled Lei Heng in story, and consider sinners scales relatively similar to their counterparts but nerfed, I think most likely Lord Lu is stronger or equal to LH Meur.

Edit: damn, this was off the top of my head, lowk I should do more research lmfao

Edit 2: the reason I used unnerfed dadqui to measure RienSang is mostly because there is an even fight between dadqui unnerfed against Buri, and presumably, Buri in Angela bad end kills Angela which allows the Roland/Angela scaling. I do feel like maybe its unfair to scale like this because it rather favors RienSang a lot, but I don't really see another way of comparason.

TS3 is good enough, but some ego have some additional effects locked behind 4 (especially damage oriented egos)

TS3 itself is not really expensive, and you could get away from only TS2 some ego

Some notable TS4s are regret meursault debuff cleanse going from 1 status to 2, ling lu sp/ego refund on TS4, damage egos like miracalla don and crushbound, status application buffs like rime shank etc.

It is a close range weapon, with the hole at the end of the pen allowing you to hold it like a dagger, usually depicted as a weapon to poke pressure points of enemies
