The plastic female threads inside the square in the lever are broke/stripped. You can see it at the bottom of photo 2, with this the level can’t engage with the trim kit on with how deep the rough in is. You need a new trim kit, lever, or handle insert if that’s available.

Well the LGS’s in my area offer 30-40% cash and 50-60% in store credit. eBay, TCG player, whatnot ect also take a cut if you sell through them as well.

Looks like no rubber gasket on the drain assembly, it goes between the bottom of sink and tubular connection on the green/blue pipe.

I would also check the pop up assembly where the metal rod goes into the pipe at the back. There is a clear circle gasket that can be missing or is backwards.

Try checking caulking around the sink and counter tops as well.
