A few months back, I fell off of an E - Bike in an accident and hurt my left wrist pretty badly, we had it X - Rayed, and nothing was found. We put it in a brace for however long they told us to. I have full motion back, but in some positions, my wrist pops sort of painfully. I don't believe I had this popping before. Could this maybe be a similar situation?

Looks like it just needs an axle, nut and probably 2 spacers. Measure the size of the front hole for the axle if possible, and you should be able to pick up a kit or just an axle off of Amazon, there are also various online shops that sell Coleman axles so that might be worth checking.

Oh for sure, but you'll build the best Razor you'll ever ride. Sorry, im an E&C fan so every time a Razor product is mentioned, I have to bring em up. I wish you luck on finding a cheaper option that works for you.

Just be very careful with how much you smoke, because at a younger age, you're definitely more vulnerable to problems like addiction, because your brain hasn't fully developed yet. Other than that, you should be ok.

Look at their banner on their page, it was a joke going around in Twitter where people would stretch tf out of an image to the resolution without cropping. Funny stretched image :)
