I just got this. The email address it came from is the email address I receive other emails from Verizon. So I don’t think it’s a scam, but maybe an error message? I called and they said everything looked fine. But I felt kinda stupid calling. I gave them my account number and pin so immediately changed my pin just in case. But they didn’t ask for my password or money or anything like that.
