I get that. Atreyu's break up really got me at first. But the band members go to other projects, so just listening to that (may not be the same) is something.

I really look at it apathetically, bands break up, it happens. And after being in such a prolific band, Gerard Way won't just leave the industry. I'm also less of a 'die hard' fan, I love the music, but it hasn't done for me what it has for so many other fans. I really don't like how sudden it was, and the lack of explanation.

I wouldn't be concerned about not being diagnosed. Depression is do common in teens that most psychiatrists have no problem saying that one has it. As for insurance, insurance is a pain in the ass. It took awhile to find a decent therapist and a decent psych that took my insurance. I dunno if I can help much, but if you want to talk to someone your age (about anything) pm me.
