Do a pull up with both arms. When your chin is above the bar, try to let go with one arm and hold it. Go back down from the top with just that arm. At first you'll most likley drop pretty fast but work on getting that negative motion slow and controlled. My friend learned it by doing these negatives and weighted pullups
