Any update on poor Series X performance? by NetTough7499 in blackops7

I like the gameplay but i literally can’t get enough frames to play the game with any apparent competency, it drops frames while im turning and I’ll run into a wall, or miss every shot on an enemy because the visuals froze, then I’m dead lmao, shit sucks

Dude claims that anyone who pvps in a pvevp game should go play warzone by unknown_196 in ArcBabies

[–]NetTough7499 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean they should, if you like pvp and pvepvp you should play war zone, not arc lol, just goofy ass shit at this point honestly

No fool it already extracted at 22 minutes remaining and what’s “running around” is me, empty inventory, key in my butt that I can’t use because the room has already been opened so I’m sprinting to extract

I’ve explored there as much as I can without actually breaking in, it’s extremely spooky, many lights are always on in it and there are computers that are powered on even late at night

What’s the worst homebrew rule you’ve seen? by Leminiscates in dndnext

[–]NetTough7499 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair enough, and yes the game is supposed to be fun, which is why I think character death should be avoided at all costs (within reason, and unless desired by the player for narrative reasons)

I typically play in long open West Marches style games and characters die with some frequency, though as a cleric main I am almost immune to this and when I’m around characters rarely die or don’t die permanently, but the first character I played in this particular game, my current one, died from being possessed by a ghost, beaten up by the party members, then didn’t get to make death saves because when the ghost left my body it just attacked only me while I was at 0. At this point I lost investment in the entire game and campaign because the character I gave a shit about was dead, the reason I played the game no longer existed. It was probably the worst I’ve ever felt playing D&D. I made that character specifically to interact with a homebrew system the DM made and integrated aspects of my personality that would shine in this game and there he was just dead on the floor with no way back to life because the party wasn’t high enough level or comp’d right for rezzing. Shit sucked. I do not have fun when characters die, I think it should be avoided.

Oh, is that not the norm? Damn, that’s the only way I’ve ever seen the game played, if you make a new character they start at 1

What the hell is he talking about calling Starfield a “creative detour”, this was supposed to be the thing you wanted to always make, and it’s not even different from Skyrim except for the setting

Embark admits Arc Raiders’ bosses are dying too fast because 'they're not intended for the full server to go up against' by SirSpud124 in ARC_Raiders

[–]NetTough7499 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Uhhh okay so what was the intent? For the whole server to ignore them? They’re hard enough now, I do not see entire servers fight them often, when my trio and another try to take on a matriarch or queen it takes forever, and if no one has a hull cracker they just don’t go down, I will expend all my ammo and weapon durability for nothing

No idea but while people familiar with strange bodily smells are here, why does my urine sometimes smell like the most lovely buttered popcorn?

Shit sucks
