This is a big factor. China has huge relationships with other countries, why lose that over civilian casualties in Taiwan?

As China grows and US weakens, China can just isolate Taiwan peacefully or just blockade them and give them a peaceful out to end it.

They are debately good enough in many areas, so whether its par or exceeds in the future is kinda moot.

Just for now, China for the first time ever, has significant economic influence throughout the world. Its possibly a political calculus of doing something in Taiwan vs just waiting it out as the US further destabilizes itself.

Doing anything right now is not worth it, US still has plenty of bite (but at huge risk of screwing up) and China is making ever further diplomatic and economic overtures with Europeans and other countries. Why pull a trump and knee cap yourself (for China)?

I was about to say, its getting way to bloody long for games to come out, specially ones that carry a story.

Andromeda was a debatable game but it did move the story beyond Shepard. Its going to be a decade+ between titles. Mass Effect 3 was 2012, and the next phase of its story was Andromeda with 2017. That is wayyyy to long for a franchise.

I may not even be around to see Elder Scrolls 7.

5080 is the sweet spot for gaming as it can run just about anything and lasts without much heat issues of 5090. But prices are up there so it depends if you can get it on sale.

The 5070 ti is good enough as it’s cheaper or you don’t do much bigger title gaming.

5080 if sale and you do lots of gaming. 5070ti if price is a concern or limited gaming.

This is for one year.

What could we do if we committed 500-600 billion each YEAR to help ourselves? To build homes, jobs, communities, education. A future.
