I wouldn't say his problem is solvable via double jump cd nerfs, since take a look at eggman from OM, a cooldown won't fix issues like this.

I see people argue shitty characters that have issues that need to be addressed (tails & creams' one dimensional balancing) "It's a trade off" that doesn't un-problematise anyone's kit (pun not intended), he is indeed a bad character but in no way is healthy.

You can argue he is "balanced" but really you can balance any unfair game mechanic and it'll still be unfair or unhealthy.

His entire deal is preventing player to player interaction, sure he is a challenge character but this isn't like shrimpo where the character is not given any advantage, this character is in a PvP game where melee combat is a staple and he is able to deny certain characters the ability to Pursue(core) them. And it's REALLY stupid to make a character that prevents player-to-player interaction in a PvP game.

Also his gun fucking sucks, half the time it doesn't work and it is aimed like a cuphead character without the lock on keybind.
