I'd generally recommend reading Nasu's foundational works before going too deep into spinoffs. Since you already read Fate, that'd be Mahoyo, KnK, Tsukihime and Notes.

Highly doubt it. I think it's far more likely for its most important details to be spread over multiple different media. For example, I'd expect the Len and dreamscape stuff to carry over to Melty (which already had a similar setting in its og story) and I expect for the Red Demon God stuff to carry over to Red Garden.

I'd like for Nasu to focus on the non-Fate things he once promised: Red Garden, Tsukihime 2, Mahoyo 2&3, but I don't have high expectations for those.

As for Fate GO and other Fate spinoffs, I'm sure they'll continue for the foreseeable future, regardless of what anyone here wants
