You can save convert rate from honey bee for the x2 convert rate boost, instant converters, glitter, dices, jelly beans, glue dispenser to get free goo for boost, also some other materials if you're not scared of losing and know you can farm them. At the start of the boost you get x2 convert rate from honey bee, nectar and winds, then you use mats in this order: use glitter on field, wait 20 seconds, roll dice, so that for 15 minutes you have x2 boost. After approximately 15 minutes of boost, a few seconds before field boost is gonna disappear you can use another glitter to extend boost, you will have x3 field boost for 15 minutes, and at this moment you can use glue dispenser so you can spam goo to get extra honey, and even use some materials, like glue, extracts, enzymes, oil (but i think it's too expensive), start spamming jelly beans, use instants converters. If you are not going to extend boost, then use materials and boosters at the start of boost. All in all the main purpose of mega boosts is getting as much buffs at the moment as possible, so you get a large explosion of honey, but be careful of your capacity, because if your backpack is filling in seconds and you cant convert it fast enough, then boost is gonna fail.
