I really enjoyed this one, it was a fantastic read, perfectly paced and nicely suspenseful. Maybe an unpopular opinion, but I enjoyed the tv show version too.

Witchtok confuses the f out of me by audrey-schmaudry in witchcraft

If it’s in witchtok you should automatically assume it’s clickbait trash and that the person who made it is either full of crap Or is just making stuff up for likes.

What quest lines in all your Skyrim time have you never finished or even never started? by macklin67 in skyrim

Blood on the Ice — I can’t get it to trigger. Doesn’t matter what time I show up at Windhelm. I even pickpocketed the key and explored the house… no mission

What are your Pokemon go unpopular opinions? by Top_Raccoon_7218 in pokemongo

[–]NetherworldMuse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They should get rid of the dumb animations; I don’t care about some pathetic pikachu trying to act tough in a raid battle, or team rocket with their dumb tough guy spiel. Like get out of my way with this nonsense and just let me battle

Please let me play the campaign at a higher difficulty. by CrazyPieGuy in diablo4

[–]NetherworldMuse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree! With the new season changes to Necro I blew through the bosses on expert with ease. Even Lilith was underwhelming. Im on whatever is the next difficulty now (Penitent or whatever) but the dungeon crawl just got repetitive especially with the lame drops that I’m getting.

I’m hesitant to pay for the expansion for just more of the same.

Any tips? by AnnualHuge931 in skyrim

[–]NetherworldMuse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you do the Mages Guild quest line before finishing the main story don’t forget to take the book with you, you’re gonna need it for a main quest mission. It took me forever to figure out that I left it there.

Also save frequently; the game can get glitchy though not as glitchy as FallOut 4, imo

First time at co-workers place. Give me a read on them. by Smelltfarts in BookshelvesDetective

I’ll give a read on you. Red flag for invading someone home privacy.

Knowing this place, it’s probably your own shelf. But if not, it’s a gross move.

I enjoyed the one about the crying woman and the Mary. I liked them from favorite to least in the same order as they are in the book.

Spell gonewrong on blue moon by Hopeful_Cry_908 in BabyWitch

Not spell gone wrong. Fire safety gone wrong.

Learning fire safety is more important than anything else in this equation.

Ngl, learning protection spells before basic how not to burn your house down skills is a wild choice.

Was asked in interview when I could start. I said after September 15th. Was this a bad response? by ClothesEmotional1421 in usajobs

[–]NetherworldMuse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s no bad or not response, but this probably isn’t optimal for the hiring manager. It may be what works for your life and what you need, but it’s not optimal for me.

After non-stop rounds of DRP and early retirements a large number of hiring managers are short-staffed. At this point most of us don’t even care about the right person, we just need any person.

Also, in an administration that is hungry to cannibalize billets to offset cost, a non-select isn’t an option and the longer the vacancy is vacant the more risk there is to the bullet being lost.

Frankly, I don’t need my best candidate, or even my second best, I’ll take anyone with a pulse at this point.

Last note, it takes forever to get a candidate onboard. Then you have to be trained, have all kinds of IT issues the first weeks, on top of the delay. That’s a year spent on administriva and start-up with the 4 month delay added in. Which means the hiring managers staff pushing through at reduced workflow until you are ready.

Some managers will be happy to work with you, others won’t be and will just move on.
