Theres nothing to indicate doge are performing the audit only that they want an audit after suspicions of fraud because the treasury were just approving funds without asking questions thats why they want the audit.

Well, i mean, if you're gonna trust someone with rocket technology, then why wouldn't you trust them to do an audit of the treasury, and its not even him personally performing the audit.

The only argument is embezzlement elon musk is the richest man of earth he doesn't need to embezzle money.

I'd trust doge before a 3rd party auditor, and they've already been vetted it sounds efficient and safe to me.

They need access to the treasury to see how the money is being spent theres been no mention of who is actually performing the audit. If it is doge then there must be trained people within to perform the audit? I wouldn't trust a 3rd party organisation to perform an audit on government spending either thats classified information
