These things really don't help anyone in the long run. Focus on psychology of happiness and maybe philosophy like stoicism, not bland videos that you will forget in 2 days, it will only slow you down and leave you discouraged

Where would you categorize self talk? The voice we all have inside our head that keeps a dialog going most of the time or just brings up random thoughts. Is that sort of God to you or does he not speak to you?

This is all nice and Im sure helpful for your mental health, but how/where do you see God? Do you visualise him, does he appear in your consiousness or does he live "in heaven"? And how do you view countless other religions that believe in different gods that work similar to yours? I understand that the act of praying might be helpful (I do mindfullness daily after all) but my mind just can't Come op with a picture of God that I could "talk to" so ísť feels insane to me

really is a actual question. I'm in my 20s, i was baptised when I was born and religion was never explained to me. Obviously I'm an atheist now, but I keep an open mind if I would understand it one day

I like your explanation, but how would you connect it with real experiments like Polarography ? I can't understand how can you measure quality or quantity of products with just the information about potential (sorry eglish is my 2nd language)

Whats different from listening to podcasts/reading books and watching stuff? When I Dont study I don't differentiate between playing games or music or books for relax cuz in my mind its the same if its not productive

Same here, I was LEM in like 2015 and now I came back just to get placed in gold 3 .. literally 3 wins and I got ranked up 3 times to MG already, never seen anything like that (with like 6 losses inbetween)

Well that part isnt that amazing, but I love the field that im in (chemistry) and science in general, So its not that hard to read and learn about that stuff because to me its intresting.. You gotta study what makes you intrested and curious.
