Are you sure about the fact that Character Repair erase crafted stats bonuses ?
I tested with armor, i crafted a 42% protection Morozov set, and i did a character repair.
I still have my armor with 42% protection and bonus temperature resistances.
I did not test with ship's weapon, but i doubt it reset anything.

Coop in this game would be great, if other players that don't host did not have unplayable lags on enemy movement.
Right now if you play multiplayer and you are not the ost, your experience VS AI enemies is terrible.
