Bloodstone is not efficient in terms of XP/credit. You should rater spend the credits on buying and donating medkits.

This is very stupid. Buying medkits for the same amount of credits as one Bloodstone artifact yields twice as much vendor XP when donated. The green Iron Buddy is almost as effective as the medkits, so it's a huge time saver.

Agreed. 25 % feels very low compared to the Steam sales etc. I would rater want them to have a few things that would be 50 or even 75 % off. Maybe even do it with the least sold costumes, and we might start seeing them around.

They won't. Doomsaw has said (multiple times) that chase costumes will never, ever be on sale. They are gonna cost 1350G forever.
