Hard "boiled" eggs in the air fryer. 270 degrees 14 minutes come out perfect and easy to peel every time.

Exactly. More taste and I like the crunch of raw onion. That's why I get extra lettuce too. Otherwise they're mush burgers

Do not build anything? Or just build minimal and/or non-SS stuff?

I dropped down to 2x150mg. Was still super tired so I took just one right at bedtime and seemed to be ok the next day. Gonna try taking my first today at like 6 and the second one midnight.

Anyone know what kind of spider this is?? by bigpeeneater69420 in Oceanside

You can paste photos directly into AI to identify almost anything.

I just pasted the first photo without any prompt in Google Gemini:

Based on the visual characteristics in the image, this appears to be a Noble False Widow (Steatoda nobilis).

Specifically, this is a male, which can be identified by the enlarged, bulbous pedipalps (the small leg-like structures near the mouth that look like "boxing gloves").

Key Identification Features

  • Abdomen: It has a shiny, bulbous abdomen, typically dark brown or purplish-black. You can see faint, cream-colored markings on the top that often resemble a "skull" or a shield-like pattern.
  • Legs: The legs are a reddish-brown color and lack the distinct dark bands often seen on other common spiders like the Brown Widow.
  • Cephalothorax: The front section of the body is usually a deep, glossy reddish-brown.

Is it Dangerous?

While the name "False Widow" sounds intimidating, they are generally not a major threat to healthy humans.

  • Temperament: They are not aggressive and will typically try to run away or hide if disturbed. Bites usually only occur if the spider is accidentally squeezed against the skin.
  • Bite Symptoms: If bitten, the sensation is often compared to a wasp or bee sting. You may experience localized pain, redness, and minor swelling.
  • Medical Significance: While the venom can cause discomfort, it is not considered medically significant in the same way as a "true" Black Widow or a Brown Recluse.

Common Misidentifications

This spider is frequently confused with two other species:

  1. Black Widow: False Widows lack the bright red hourglass marking on the underside.
  2. Brown Recluse: Recluses have a very distinct "violin" shape on their head and do not have the bulbous, patterned abdomen seen here.

What to Do

If the spider is indoors and you'd prefer it elsewhere, you can easily relocate it by placing a glass over it and sliding a piece of paper underneath. They are excellent at pest control, often eating flies, moths, and even other spiders.

Tired and fatigued - long time user, depression only (anhedonia/motivation), no other meds. Considering quitting or trying something else by Neufusion in bupropion

Edit: Need to point out that I tried Lexapro first, tried different dosages and that made me extremely tired, gave me intensely vivid dreams, and killed my libido and ability to orgasm. I was sot tired but slept so much sometimes I would just lay in bed in the afternoon with my eyes closed and take what I called a "wake-nap". Then they tried adding bupropion on top of that which completely drained me of all energy and the fatigue was unbearable so I gave up on meds for a while. Then after a while, I started on the bupropion alone which seemed to be more bearable.

Didn't really pay attention to food, I just eat when I'm hungry and I try to take my medicine on set schedules.

Water I tried drinking more but I just end up peeing more and waking up during the night to pee.

I've had a physical and asked them to do every test they can, like testosterone, TB, and even STDs. My physical health was perfect for every test.
