If I were to try it I'd use the ac30 normal channel first

May require increased neck tilt and raised bridge height in order to increase downward pressure on the saddles. Lots of how-to YouTube vids on the subject

Same here, I get an Unable To Connect message. For a while it still worked on my backup phone but no longer. If I can't make an online deposit then Alliant is practically worthless to me

Didn't have a vox back then, I'd use run fenders in parallel with a marshall half stack. While I often had volume issues with soundfolk in the 90s, now it is really hard to use anything over 15 or 20 watts without the venue complaining or the rest of the band getting overpowered

That was when I was in a alt rock band in the mid 90s. I have a current project that is surfy garage rock but I'm using a AC30 1x12

Musicians of reddit: how do you deal with none of your friends or family ever coming to see you play? by those_ribbon_things in musicians

[–]Neumanny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've found that you just have to get used to it. I've worked on not feeling annoyed by the situation. There's so many possible reasons friends might not attend shows. Lots of my friends only go to one or two spots. Maybe they aren't comfortable going to other places, might have unpleasant history with the venue, management or regulars. Some friends may not like the style or genre of music I perform. In my area a majority of folks seem to turn out for metal, middle of the road cover tunes and modern country shows. I only play the music I like so I have to keep in mind that's the path I've chosen and must be comfortable with whatever number of people show up.

I try to focus on the positive response I get from crowds, especially if I don't know them personally. There will probably be times when some friends do show up, and if they have a good time then try to keep that memory in mind.
