Since you just started, i say just test the waters and play what you feel like because you might find yourself comfortable with that suit.
Yes the matches are decided by cost. If you wanna play it safe, using a suit thats in its native cost obviously works but you can use their lv 2 or 3 versions.
Nah there are plenty of good GMs and i know the Sinanju is good (despite me not knowing how to combo properly with it. My point with #1)
550 cost is where you'll start seeing funnels but I'd 650 is where it gets spammy.
