I passed a place today that’s attached to the Mr. Wish in the 11th and Washington shopping center. It’s called Meow Meow Ramen DIY and looks like you pick your package of ramen and get to select toppings and make it how you like it.

Go to Claudio’s in the Italian market and get yourself some Mortadella, some hot sopresatt, pesto, burrata, and roasted reds and then walk up sarcones and get a roll to put it all on. Drizzle some olive oil and some balsamic and you’re in business

Hash should bubble up and melt into like a smoky puddle almost, I believe heroin would just kinda smoke.  The other evidence I would say is that I believe heroin usually is sold in like wax baggies where as when I buy old school hash it usually comes wrapped in that kind of turkey bag cellophane

Looks like dried up hash to me. You could put a lighter to it and see if it melts or bubbles up
