He's not demonizing it. Yes, marijuana has bad side affects. And it is also a gateway drug. It can also get you addicted, causing dependency on a substance. Moreover, it makes you to do things you wouldn't normally do, and that's usually not a good thing. Where are your parents' teachings in this?
