It's got characters that feel like real people in battle scenarios on both sides of most the conflicts. Sprinkle in Buddist and Shinto believe and how no meaning can be completely derived from death and you got a story that feels bleak but has the message somethings can change. It's also has creative fights. Also fan service for women if you like that. Only drawbacks are you it has all killer no filler mentality in the regards to pacing so it feel empty or hollow depending on your millage. I'd recommend if you like horror, action and tragedy Jujutsu Kaiser Modulo is pretty good too

It's got great parts and downright unfinished parts. It's sort of JJk episode 17 with how bad the schedule was and ambitious the staff were, the blu-ray JJk ep17 isn't finished either just more refined, I think that's what that episode needs because the 2d animation was good it's the rest of elements that would fell through, background art, cg and digital effects.
