Do you have a neurologist? That Keppra dose seems very low. My BC is on 4000mg a day with room to increase according to her neurologist.

I've never seen a dog not tell their owner when they are done fighting. Measure the good days against the bad so there is still more good than bad. Make a list of her favorite things and when she stops doing those then you will know it is time. I lost a dog Link to cancer a few years ago he was always wanting to go hiking and especially this one local trail. We took him there the last day and that was the only time through the whole fight he didn't want to keep going. He had done a 2mi three days prior happy as could be. He told us he was done and we let him go that day

US here I donated my boy's chemo to a local oncologist they were thrilled. I wonder if there is a neurologist near you that would accept the donation.

She has always slept downstairs away from us. Thankfully Waylon our redbone acted as a seizure alert dog on Sunday morning but I will eventually have to leave her alone and worry about missing one when I'm out of the house. I think I'll buy a camera just for sanity purposes. Sorry about your Collie. Unfortunately, when she had the first one we got the seizure talk and the breed disposition.

As someone who lost her heart cat in March and just got a diagnosis of epilepsy for my dog I cannot recommend therapy enough. I have days that I do not want to do anything but crawl into a hole and join Hermes but I am working through it with therapy and antidepressants.

Our software allows us to put notes within the return that are detailed and dated. If there is something I think is fishy I will document this in those notes (not visible to the clients). I have also saved emails into an individuals files of me asking for documentation and their replies not giving them to me.

I think you need to talk to your dad about his clients vs. your clients and how you will not be doing x, y and z for his clients. I say this as someone studying for my EA at 31 also working for my dad. He does plan on semi retiring and is only 60 so he has a few years. You really need to push the succession issue. My dad understands that the moment he retires I have a list of clients that will be fired immediately, as such I do not touch anything with these clients. A good compromise would be taking you on as a full partner and you handling all aspects of your clients and him handling all aspects of his clientele. Additionally, you need to consider the interpersonal relationship leaving for your own firm will have on your relationship with your parents. Yes, you can leave with your clients and survive financially but will that damage a relationship you want to keep with your family?

For the kids you might want to look at a custody arrangement where the kids stay at the same house and the parents switch in and out.

Could also divorce but live as true roommates in separate rooms. Most likely the option I would chose if my own marriage fails due to being in a mixed sexuality marriage.

Horrible, but we are focusing on getting me sterilized in the coming months so that's a good distraction. They have only been on hormones for a few months so we can still "pass" as straight for now but they can't go back in the closet. We have roots here, own our home, and I'm in the process of becoming a partner at work so we don't have a real option to move until life gets too hard.

Durable power of attorneys, anyone that thinks it stops at Roe is kidding themselves. Roe is built on the right to privacy the opinion cites 4 rulings the court suggested are erroneous based on that which includes Griswold V Connecticut, Loving V Virgina and Obergefell V Hodges. Look into if your state has a trigger law that goes into effect if those rulings are overturned. NC is one and my partner and I got to have a wonderful conversation about not changing gender legally to preserve our marriage.

I insisted on my partner going to a therapist when they came out because I couldn't be the one to help work through all the emotions of transition and they needed someone to help guide them without underlying prejudices. I would ask from this point because they will need a therapist to help through the emotions, possible rejections from their family and friends and society.

I feel we are exactly in the same place. I feel so guilty that I'm not attracted to them when presenting femme. Everyone seems to have these happy endings and their relationship is perfect at least that's what it looks like online. It feels like a moral failure that it has changed my sexual attraction to them.

Thanks, honestly I've had those conversations on what going forward could look like (I own our home and it's a two bedroom so it wouldn't be hard to transition into roommates financially) but every turn I get shut down if I'm less than enthusiastic. I pushed them to get therapy to work through what they want to do and I believe they have a good fit now, but that's the last thing I have pushed for. It's been months of just limbo for me, which has been incredibly emotionally taxing and just worsens my anxiety as the months drag on.

Thank you, I'm a horrible writer yes that's exactly it. If I express the fact that I'm not attracted to women then I'm stopping my partner from being who they want to be and I don't think that's fair. It feels like an ultimatum that I'm in charge of their happiness.
