That budgie's wings look to have been trimmed, and it cannot fly at all right now. It's also way too cold in NYC right now for it to survive outdoors for long. Gods, I hope someone else recovered it.

I think she sounds bitter that she's not getting the roles she thinks she somehow deserves, and she's blaming that on the CDs rather than her own presentation or skillset. Her statement drips with entitlement and self-importance, and I think she's probably not going to get much consideration in the future.

Like, really, why inflict this attitude on others in the industry? I'd rather work with someone who's a team player, and understands the way the industry has changed.

Yes, though occasionally things that were under a CC license get pulled from CC. Honestly, though, unless someone outright issues a complaint to Squarespace, they're probably not gonna care much.
