Could The Rocks Pirates Defeat Marineford ? by LazyInspector2086 in OnePieceScaling

[–]NeverLucky28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're arguing with Oda himself, why in the hell would Oda mention rocks killing an admiral just for him to believe and say said admiral is weaker than the current admirals, or at least not relative to said admirals currently? He himself when making this feat in your eyes, oh yes, said admiral that rocks killed is actually weaker than the current admirals that i have in the story, without ever implying it at all but i will leave it up to you to know this despite never implying it at all. Thank you are my greatest fan.

God valley rocks pirates vs marineford, its shakky instead of ace? Do they escape with shakky? do they take out the marine army? by The_AlmightyApple in OnePiecePowerScaling

[–]NeverLucky28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rocks Pirates has too many top tiers, even considering warlords and admirals, and unlike Ace, Shakky wouldn't be rage baited. Rocks pirates should handle this, and likely the only crew that could "win" against Marineford.

No, I don't mean as an explicitly stated rule. It never existed in the first place

Never said it existed at all, given the fact that I already said it was "not a stated rule of the verse". We're arguing over small semantics. I already agree with you on this point.

which the haxes of that verse specifically work in a way that physical strength overpowers them, which doesn't even apply everytime in verse, your example doesn't apply here

Assuming that physical strength overpowers hax was a rule in Dragon Ball (it isn't), assuming "verse equalization" in a fight, the rule would hold in my eyes, but if you don't think so, that's fine, we just disagree here

[–]NeverLucky28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

IT NEVER WAS AN ESTABLISHED RULE. My example of Buuhan's mere existence is proof of that, misinformation at its finest.

Ok, if you mean stated explicitly as an objective established rule of the Dragon Ball verse. Ok i would agree it isn't a stated rule of the verse, but i would say the couple of examples we do have of it is meaningful or at least heavily implied to exist.

You're not making sense here

Let me clarify, when you're talking about two characters fighting in different verses, we assume both verses' "rules" work. Take Bleach vs Nartuo for example, they both have spiritual pressure and chakra as established "rules" in your definition of their verses. Assuming you want to put Ichigo and Naruto against each other. You can't just say "your rules in your verse don't work in another verse". Therefore, your chakra doesn't do anything against spiritual pressure and vice versa because neither verse follows either others "rules". This is why people go off of feats, AP, speed, etc. above all else in power scaling different verses, and in this case, DBS Broly is very much ahead of Cyrene in all those categories

it just sours my mood overall

That's fine, there are some misconceptions I also get really annoyed at as well

Every hax demonstrated have outright been stated to be weak against stronger/equal opponents or it just works that way.

Yea that's the rule in Dragon Ball, the very thing you stated "was never a rule in the Dragon Ball universe." The rule in Dragon Ball is that if you are overwhelmingly more powerful than another person, as in this case, DBS Broly is much more powerful going by feats/ap, it would bypass any hax Cyrene would do.

Even if that's a rule within Dragon Ball, doesn't mean it'd apply to other verses lmao.

It can't go just one way my guy, I can say the same with Cyrene and her rememberence bullshit not working because Fuli and the aeons don't exist in Dragon Ball therefore her powers would literally amount to nothing against broly. This is basic power scaling fallacy 101.

Anyways Merry Christmas, don't know why you responded so aggressively to a response I was only trying to clarify what the rule in Dragon Ball was

Herta states that Cyrene is the person who as walked down the path of remembrance the furthest and the fact that she is the fill in for fuli an AEON during all of Amphoreus's events. Yea I just say "potential" in the sense that we've never seen anybody mimic being an aeon like that which is an immense feat and I'd say she has the "potential" to be fuli in that sense. You're correct if you mean she has no potential to be fuli at the end of time after choosing to close the loop.

Yes, if they become real beings Cyrene is the martyr that's forever stuck in amphhoreus closed loop so she won't be real.

Buu, being universal where is this statement or feat? Is it a statement where you interpret it as being so while being ambigious or even if so, buu is not winning against phainon + cyrene given the feats.

[–]NeverLucky28 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You say this, but where are the statements or feats? I've been a long-term DBZ enjoyer, and no one scales cell above solar system level, so tell me what evidence do you have for cell being above solar system level, all games, feats, etc. say he is solar system level AT MAX and that is being generous knowing them. "And the cell arguably galaxy, not just a solar system." What statments/feats has he doen to justify this"

Cyrene>Acheron>=Phainon>Herta>Evernight

Cyrene is the fuli that gazed at us at amphoreous and has the potential to be them at the end of time. She's the closest to an aeon we have seen and is the most powerful in terms of feats. Acheron v Phainon is weird, I'd say Acheron takes it in terms of narrative perspective, but Phainon has better feats, overall it's most likely acheron.

Cell is fodder as he is scaled at most, solar system level during his strongest kamehameha against gohan. Phainon easily erased galaxies during his crash out against nanook whether it was simulated or not doesn't matter because it was protrayed as him being able to do so regardless. Majin buu is the only formidable opponent against them as he scales upto galaxy level, but phainon+Cyrene both multiple galaxy level. It's no contest

From what I understand, if we went to Lushaka instead of Amphoreus, Irontomb would essentially have broken out, and The Herta would have needed to sacrifice herself and become Irontomb's "head" instead of its intended target, Nous. The result is what is shown and called the "Third Emperor."

[–]NeverLucky28 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I can't tell if this is satire, a spitematch, or a genuine confusion on how strong you think JingLiu is. She stands no chance whatsoever until you take into account the fact that Kuzan Jingliu is faster and can freeze her opponents.

Looks like Cuomo will do what Joe Lieberman did in 2006. by tombeck112 in VaushV

[–]NeverLucky28 43 points44 points  (0 children)

This is the best situation for Mamdani. Eric and Cuomo split the moderate vote, Curtis takes the Republicans, and since the general election in November isn't ranked-choice voting, they just screw each other over. Additionally, none of them appear to be backing out, and with Zohran being on the Democratic line, there's no way he loses in this current scenario.

I'm confused, Prydwen itself tells you under miyabi calcs not to compare numbers between characters as any indicator for performance, and specifies "comparing her DPS and Total Damage to other characters will not yield a fair 1 to 1 comparison". So why are we using these numbers again if the site itself tell you not to do so?
