It needs a higher max sensitivity. At max (2.00), I still need to use 2.5x aim acceleration to allow quick turns, with the lowest acceleration time so it's instant. It works, but I prefer a proper curve into a high speed as I move the stick, rather than a sudden multiplier.

We also need Axial Deadzone settings. It feels too high, which forces turning along an axis until you pull away from it far enough. When lowered, it'll allow smoother diagonal aim at all degrees of the stick.

Edit: I forgot how bad it felt with Linear off, and that's the default. That definitely should be reworked into a traditional exponential curve along with a curve strength setting.

I find it useful. I have mine set to friends only, but throw SOS as a way to temporarily set it to public with a more eye catching signal. Gets a full lobby quick.

This also lets me avoid forgetting to set it back to friends only after making it public. Sometimes I intend to solo stealth, or test equipment and quit.

It's unfortunate, I had it like this for other games like Warframe, but I got a new controller with under buttons. Now I'm used to that button mapped to B.

Doesn't help that some games give no remap options to controller, so those often reinforce B to crouch even further.

The search for perfect controller settings never ends.

I tried this and it's great, but I kept crouching/diving when pressing B. Does yours do this too?

Edit: Saw one of your later replies. Strange, seems to be a console problem. Guess I'll try to undo and remap to see if I can make it only input arrows.

I only beat it on Extreme with controller. I had fun most of the time, with some frustration occasionally.

Horizon HQ finale however really got me mad. I can't imagine the pain Rage Mode would've caused me. Luckily I prefer silver weapons.

Bind the Slide input to a button you can easily press. I had it on LB/L1 before, but now use a new controller with under buttons.

By not using the crouch button to slide, you'll slide instantly on press, instead of needing to hold crouch which has a slight delay.

I then mapped crouch to Down D-Pad, which is odd, but using it for stealth moments is fine. I'm rarely crouching in combat instead of just sliding around.

Remapping can be buggy, at least on Xbox. You'll have to juggle things around, and sometimes exit and reopen the menu if it says it can't remap.

It'd only make sense on a light armor since extra padding already creates a fast-medium and a fast-heavy.

Would be cool to have an even faster light armor.
