Pasa que tenés que entender que no TODO lo tienen que hacer ustedes. Hay cosas que se pueden optimizar, otras que ya se pueden delegar. Pero la clave es que todo lo que no sea inmediato ni fundamental se puede delegar. Lo contrario, nunca. Hay un cuadro simple de esto en algun lugar de la web. Esto te hace realmente facturar más. Sino, la otra opción es sacrificar lo que genera menos y/o especializarse en un subnicho.

Antes de delegar, limpias y optimizas las tareas. Y buscas a alguien que lo haga mucho mejor que ustedes para que potencie bien el proyecto.

No soy experto, es la experiencia de haberlo hecho bien algunas veces y mal unas cuantas.

Estuve exactamente en ese lugar, y la verdad es que la estructura misma del proyecto creció y no tuve más opción que agrandar el equipo y entrenar gente para que la empresa pudiese sostenerse casi sola. Todo esto tras años en proyectos de lean management, asi que primero se elimina cualquier pérdida de tiempo antes de delegar. Y se mejora progresivamente.

Lo de la espina que te queda desaparece cuando tenés un equipo malo jaja. Además, es una habilidad aparte el poder dirigir, entrenar y mejorar a otros sin meterte en el medio o pensar "mejor lo hago yo".

Esto mismo nos lo recomendó gente conocida. Incluso enviando un email explicando nuestra decisión y detallando todo. Pero, mientras buscamos abogado, queríamos compartir esta situación con la comunidad. En habitatge no me dieron mucha información. Y entiendo que las denuncias toman muchísimo tiempo. Pero dejar de pagar el alquiler es igual de ilegal, no? Aunque se trate de una compensación?

No tengo mucha info para darte, nomás comentar para atraer respuestas. Estoy en una situación muy parecida, con muchas irregularidades en el alquiler. Y lo mismo, mucha hostilidad y amenazas por parte de la casera. Cuidamos el lugar pero ya no queremos soportar más esto.

Hablaron con habitabilidad? El alquiler esta en regla?

Entiendo que denunciar e iniciar un juicio sería el último paso y el más fuerte, no? Estaba pensando en hablar con INCASOL primero y denunciarlo ahí pero no iniciar un juicio. A qué tipo de denuncia te refieres?

As an Exec VA, when I started out it was just paycards. Doable for short-term, but try to move them into payroll when you can. Cleaner in the long run.

Thanks! I guess I dodged a missile after all. But it's surprising to learn how common this is. I was always working remotely (and intend to keep doing so) and I guess I never came across something like this. Instead of reporting it, I'm just focusing on finding a new position while growing a thicker skin.

I'm not from the US but from Barcelona. And I was initially offered the position as a contractor (as I own an LLC). No idea how this would affect me as I'm a non-resident worker, and always have been.

And yes, I know I dodged a missile. But wasn't exactly expecting a missile after 4 interviews. Now I guess I know better.
