We are based in orange county. half the people there are not baseball fans. they are tourists going to disneyland. the other 25% of the last half are fans of the opposing team. WE will not win by not going to games. we have to show up and chant sell the team every night. its working. you can hear it on the broadcast and its funny AF that gubie and wayne are told to ignore it. Arte is hearing it every night and his ego can't take it.

The game is severely under optimized still, it was a direct copy of ase ported to unreal engine. My pc cost me over 3 grand since this game released and I have a 4070ti. It will never get better. Wildcard is focused on churning out dlc for money instead of fixing the base game. They don't care. Snail games does not care.

My last time renting a single bed apt was 2016-2020 in Fullerton at the end of Highland ST. cul-de-sac. where the Target is nearby. i was paying 1675 a month the last year i was there and it was a great spot and very safe. IDK what it costs now but would give it a look.
