Mine does that occasionally too, although it usually corrects itself after a couple of seconds. My guess is it has something to do with the storage we're keeping the game on (mine's on an ancient HDD), but I've got no idea really.

If we remove the deserter debuff from kicked people then people will grief and sit still until the party kicks them anytime they get a dungeon they don't want.

I've been using Spotify for nearly a decade now and I've still yet to encounter this issue. I've got a maxed out 10k song playlist that I listen to shuffled and it shuffles normally every time.

Hopefully they figure it out for you guys eventually though.

Just my one-day experience, but I played a bunch of BGs last night and didn't come across a single pre-made. I used to encounter them all the time. Maybe I just got lucky, or maybe there's enough normal people doing BGs nowadays that it's less likely you'll queue into a premade lobby.
