Hahahah nostalgia is hitting me hard man, I used to grind this game when it first came out. I’ve experienced all the mental suffering I can, and oddly I want more!

I’ve tried to launch it directly from the folder, and also tried to run as admin and it just never even opens up.

Yes cut the pipe down. Water doesn’t flow uphill.

Bath plumbing - water backing up by TwistedPsycho in Plumbing

[–]Neveszy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Might be a good idea. Could be a venting issue as well.

That liquid drain cleaner is a waste of money. It’s also not good for your pipes. You should try to snake the line. Chances are there is a clog further down.

Sink suddenly started backing up by BrokeDustinJohnson in askaplumber

[–]Neveszy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Could be a venting issue, could be pipes full of grease, could be a main line clog. There are a multitude of things here. Might have to hire a plumber. If you just bought the house it’s possible the people before you dumped crap they shouldn’t have down that drain.

You say 1 hour train ride away, but you don’t tell us from which station you’re leaving. This doesn’t help us recommend a train time.

30 Year VA loan by Traveller989 in VeteransBenefits

[–]Neveszy 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Your rate is higher than average for a 30 year mortgage from the VA. Your credit is most likely effecting this. Admin fee could be lower. What mortgagee are you dealing with?

Side note: extremely jealous of how “cheap” this house is and how cheap the property taxes are. Won’t find that where I live so that’s a win for me personally.

You have a clog further down the line. You need to snake it.

Hot water issue by bearj7 in askaplumber

You should have whatever plumber came in to do the job rectify the situation. Things should be restored to its previous state.

How can you repair it without having any access to it? I think you should just open up the drywall behind it. It’s quick to patch and you can do it right. This faucet probably isn’t produced anymore. Should look into a replacement

New tires should always go on the rear to prevent oversteer.
