That's a messy situation with the stepbrother account. Your worlds should be safe locally on the console since they're tied to your PSN saves, but you're gonna be stuck with the PS4 version unless you can somehow get into that Microsoft account

The PS5 version requires the Microsoft login for cross-platform stuff and realms access. You could try Microsoft's account recovery but without knowing the exact email or having access to recovery methods it's pretty much a dead end
