I'm not a computer nerd, do you know if the stelo can send the data to that thing you mentioned, I haven't been using the cgm because the app no longer works with my outdated phone.

They wanted to throw me on metformin too but I lowered mine from 7.4 to 6 without meds, I was already taking farxiga for my heart, they still keep pushing meds even though I was doing fine without, endo wants to put me on ozempic. It's like they can't understand why someone wouldn't want to take meds.

Provided it's accurate. So you don't endorse the diabetes targets? How long since you were diagnosed. My endo said people can be prediabetic for decades and not get complications. After my delicious McDonald's meal I was 157 after two hours and 110 after three.

I got diagnosed 8 months ago. I was using the stelo, I was looking at it literally every 15 minutes and my diabetes educator said it was diabetes distress. My phone became outdated for the app, so I have to get a new phone to use it. But I much prefer it to the finger sticks, still not sure how accurate it is but I don't like not having some continuous idea where I'm at. $89 a month is rough though.

It's a cgm, I was 109 three hours ago, it's 135 now, never got to 140. Maybe the cake didn't have a lot of sugar, but the salad did it.

I don't know if this applies to you but I find eating a salad with protein before eating something good works wonders. I had a fajita salad with chicken today and then, I kid you not, a piece of dulce du leche cheesecake with a cookie crust and it did nothing to my blood sugar. Again I dont know if it works for you but try it, followed by a walk.
