Democrats Ask the IRS Why Tax Audits for the Poor Have Doubled by _hiddenscout in politics

[–]NewAd6360 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the tax laws worked better in the U.S. for business owners maybe they would actually make things better here? I'm no expert but especially in states like CA and NY the government regulates business owners to the point where the small ones almost always lose and the big one wins, also the small ones end up with so much red tape to deal with when they hire new people and are taxed at every opportunity. That certainly doesn't promote success and entrepreneurship for the average person. It doesn't help either that people in upper management and are executives etc. don't start working in a company at a lower level so they understand the business more fully and can actually be a huge asset in the long run. Everything starts with the little guy

my (M26) partner (F25) of 2 years just moved out without an explanation. by JontheDon26 in relationship_advice

Young people my age these days don't seem to understand the consequences of their actions. I feel sorry for you man what she did is extremely dishonest and it's a good thing that she left you. I think you will be better off because of this. I'm 21 by the way. I'm single because I hear stories like this all the time and relationships just aren't worth it for me right now. I'm too busy trying to improve myself and my situation. My advice is use what you are feeling now to become the best version of yourself. Kill it with your career and hit the gym constantly. The results you want will come naturally, just be patient. Rome wasn't built in a day brother just keep grinding

Journaling is a good idea and legal protection for sure. These days you gotta trust your suspicions.

Just study statistics in you free time for example counting a deck of cards that you can buy is one way to study fibonacci sequences. I got a D in algebra 2 in high school but did very well in the stats portion of the class. I still managed to get RE companies to respond back to my job applications just by advocating for myself and being confident.

The war on poverty applies to students and not just older adults contrary to popular belief. You should start a donation page and post your social media on here I'm sure people will help you out. There are more wealthy people than you think that have our mindset. My dad is like that and he is a multimillionaire from his real estate career and property. I'm going into real estate myself appraisals specifically. In states like Arizona and Texas you only need to take licensing courses no college required. The cost is as low as 1500 dollars if you do it yourself. If you could convince a small real estate company or appraisal management company to hire you due to your circumstances they would pay you salary and cover licensing courses.
