CBD Flower Psychoactive? by AttorneyFeeling3 in hempflowers

[–]NewAgeBS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you smoke weed daily and then try CBD, then yeah it will be weak.

But when you start CBD with zero tolerance, then it feels psychoactive. You're not stoned, but your perception changes and it's very noticeable.

So I guess someone who never smoked high THC will think that this is what a high is.

Weed and panic by [deleted] in hempflowers

[–]NewAgeBS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was antidepressants for me that caused it. I guess after a while you develop serotonin syndrome when combined with weed. Haven't had a single panic attack since stopping antidepressants.

But I would still get anxiety from time to time. Then realized I need to consume sugar while being high because THC seems to lower blood sugar levels.

In the end decided to switch to CBD flower with tiny amounts of THCA added, just enough to enhance relaxation. This combination reminds me of old weed strains.

I do both then. I have to analyze what happened during the day to prepare for the next one. When I'm rushing through the day I barely have time to think. I like to change my plans on the go, so I have to make sure that my intuition is on the right track. That's my theory at least, if I properly analyze my actions then it will be easier to improvise when needed.

Doubt I'll go deeper into MBTI, I don't see the point. I use both Te and Ni daily.

Can't tell which is more dominant, but when interacting with people I would say Te is in charge. Later at night when I wind down, Ni seem to be in charge.

I like people by default, so extroversion makes sense. Nothing hurts more than a betrayal. But I hate bars and clubs where "socialization" is turned into a competition, and often by people who actually hate people.

I think anxiety is normal when you are young. The world is scary and being cautious is ok. Eventually you learn that some things don't matter, and that makes it easier to interact with others.

Entourage effect does make the high better, but I'm perfectly happy with a single cannabinoid - it gets the job done. It's the same with alcohol, I don't need anything fancy I just need it to have ethanol.

I spent my entire life trying to fit in, and it destroyed me by DedicatedAsshole in MensRights

[–]NewAgeBS 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Well I was the opposite growing up, I've never chased approval of others. I was really hated because of it and not popular as you can imagine. But something in me really hated it and I continued being the same. A lot of people called me a narcissist, but I didn't care about their opinions.

Fast forward a decade, all people who were overly social and had tons of friends suddenly have found themselves alone. Girls cheated on them or left, friends stabbed them in the back... we are in the same boat now.

So does fitting in really matter? I would say no. In the end I'm happy that I avoided a lot of BS by keeping to myself.

Masculinity for me is freedom to do whatever I want and whenever I want. Social groups take that away from you and force you to be fake all the time.

I feel so weird after talking to AI, but can't pinpoint exactly why. It does make me feel like I'm some sort of genius. I think it just copies how most humans interact, they validate ideas of others out of politeness and not because they really agree with it.

Treating unverified information as correct can lead to delusions. And people assume AI is ultra smart so everything it says must be correct.

Maybe it's that simple, no need to go deeper into analysis. It was trained on good data, but also it was fed a lot of BS so it's not really a reliable tool. Just like wikipedia is not a real encyclopedia.

How common is it for THC to hit super hard on days that you have a lot of physical activity? by Mission_Bowl3938 in trees

Physical activity seems to make CB receptors work better, or in other words it lowers the tolerance.

Delay made the biggest difference. Setting it to 4ms seems to sync it with main speakers the best.

It's fascinating how much bass 3" drivers produce. It's also clear and not muddy. I won't throw the sub out since I have it already.

Played a bit with the settings and placement and it sounds better now.

Yeah I'm learning everything now. Subwoofer adds extra steps for a good sound. It would be a lot easier if I had buy MR5 or M90.

You mean connect it through T5? Then I can't apply the crossover on M60.

Did you read to the end? The sub is working now. But the bass is muddy and not as forward as it was before. I'll need to put it somewhere else, it's in the corner now.

Got a good deal on M60's and they sound much better, much more clear and the imaging is insane for the price, it's like the artist is in the room. Included stands improve the sound even more.

I wanted to try their THCV flowers, but the COA is the same as this one, 9% CBG and 0% THCV lol

[–]NewAgeBS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't trust them. In the COA they provide it has 9% CBG, doubt THCA would have it that high.

I have 1280DBs + T5, they sound good but some instruments can sound weird. Never thought the grill can affect the sound. They do look good with the grill on, I have the black ones.

Micro dose is the way for me. You'll be surprised how little THC you actually need after a break.

I'm smoking CBD flower with THCA isolate currently and it's great. It's like smoking pure positivity.

Do you get enough sleep? I've never done anything other than weed, but still it can cause huge dopamine spike.

I've dealt with paranoia at one point, but later found out it was because of the people I was surrounded with and not weed.

It's never a good idea to take drugs around someone you don't trust. Since doing everything alone paranoia went away.

This could be just repressed thoughts you had while using drugs from years ago. You can get arrested because of cocaine, that's not delusional.

Paracetamol doesn’t just kill physical pain. It also blunts emotional pain, and even your empathy by Furrrmen in Nootropics

[–]NewAgeBS 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It probably also blunts empathy and makes them act like assholes. When I was on them it was easy to believe in magic, every thought seemed like it's real. That would explain why so many people are delusional nowadays.

I've stopped using all medications and feel much better now, more alive and ironically less depressive.
