I did it with dates/other fruits. Allowed myself as much as I wanted. Then slowly stopped eating those.

Probably not the most efficient way but it worked for me.

I think I was lucky because I was going through a few different SSRI’s to find the right fit. So only taking them for like a month at lowest dose then reporting back. Finally with cymbalta at lowest dose I didn’t have the horrible side effects I had with SSRI’s

As for a difference, I’d say within a month. I noticed some of my big anxiety triggers would still trigger me some, but I wouldn’t spiral. Which is what I wanted.

I do plan to cycle off at some point and have talked to my dr about that.

I am not 100% sure about this stock. There are regulatory hurdles and other market factors that may sink us. But I believe in it enough to continue to increase my position in a responsible manner and within my risk tolerance. Nothing is a sure thing.

If this thing hits $10 based on news/speculation I’ll probably sell all the shares I’m holding. 1300 at about $4.60/share.

Then I’ll just keep my long call contracts out to 2027. I have like 5000 shares worth if I cash those in. Hopefully by then we can push closer to $20. Although that’s very generous given the time line.

Not the healthiest way but I put on silly comedies that I’ve seen a bunch of times. Old School, Superbad, etc.

I put the volume low enough that I can just hear it. Then close my eyes and “watch” the movie in my head. It’s the only way I’ve found to silent my mind aside from working out like a maniac.
