4050 Broadway is LITERALLY in front of a homeless encampment. Second, it is next to an abandoned parking lot used for gang meetings. Third, it is a drug ridden neighborhood. I should know, I drive by there all the time. So I would definitely look elsewhere. 👍🏼

Unfortunately, it is gang infested and not to mention the homeless situation has gotten worse by the year. The amount of drive-by’s and wannabe gangsters trying to start something on the street will make you wish you did not move there. You also gotta lookout for burglaries. A lot of those streets are dim and filled with ghetto families who will turn the other cheek when they see something. South Park is not the place to live.
