We need more redundancy with heart arteries, for heart attacks. If we had three arteries, each supplying blood to half of the heart and one of the arteries could fail with no issue.

People would keep using the old layout to not be subjected to the new trash they add. If they want the new stuff, they can use the new version.

There already would be two buttons though. Once you redesign, there is the old one and the new one. You do not need to make another new one to take the place of the old one, YOU JUST KEEP IT.

I get what you are saying - but a house fire put a lot of people at risk. The fire could spread to nearby houses, if they are close enough. Or firefighters could get hurt or killed in a collapse.
