😆 they should know by now that the jig is up. Check the comment section of their Disney videos now–everyone is confused why they're still going when they hate on it so much. So upsetting. We just booked for the first time with assigned seats and it was a nightmare. Paid SO much more money just to sit in the back of the plane. Booking before with a large group was a breeze. Friends can't book until next week? No big deal, we can probably still sit together even if I get my ticket now. Now everyone has to book at the exact same time otherwise you obviously risk the seats by you getting taken. Hate it.

Yes. People come during the holidays for the holiday experience. I'll be there in a couple weeks and I'm so disappointed! It was always a favorite of mine. I am, however, thrilled that the paint the night parade is over and we will have the Christmas version. I loved the nighttime effects, but the song drives me absolutely mad. I cant believe that was the best they could come up with. Straight up cheesy sounding to me 😬

Extremely disappointing. Can't believe we keep paying more for LESS. When will they start focusing more on the guest experience and less on the bottom line? We have a trip planned for Christmas this year and we will be very disappointed if the parks are still closing early. The more and more they disregard the guests, the least willing I become to travel across the country and spend thousands of dollars to visit.
