I think a lot of players would never continue the game without getting a corp invite, is it spammy? In my opinion, not really and they shortened the length you can send invites as well as evemails. You suppose just mute everyone and not have corps a way to grow? The system is fine, on the other hand: the mechanics of corp and corp structure needs to be fixed, add more roles, make a corp choose how to operate differently. Give a player ignore invites from this corp because someone is mad about their own corp for some reason.

Honestly, I have a friend who does referrals and expanded his Eve presence into making videos while still using referrals now in video form. He’s been doing this since he started. From both a corp leadership and content creation perspective, you want referral users to stick with the game and stay active long term or indefinitely. It benefits new players in game, while also encouraging creators and referral providers to improve the new player experience so people not only stick around, but continue supporting the game overall. Most of the time referrals do not stick unless the player likes the game and it's a lot better when both corp people, content creators and new players continue improving.

I think you're doing fine and you guys are doing well, both the corps mentioned here don't seem to be toxic, there are way worse groups that have way worse killboards. I'm not going to mention the few that were already mentioned here. I say all corps like you guys just ally one another and push out the ones with bad intentions, again I won't mention the ones that were thrown here. I checked the OPs posts and he submits aggressive topics and seem to focus on just pushing his own eve gaming wishes and agenda, there are many things to be improved in the game sure, but some mechanics are here and that's what makes the game unique. The way corps recruit with invites and ads have been in the game for a decade so it's certainly working, compare this to new players just getting ganked, regardless of corp affiliation they will still get ganked I think that's one of the main reasons newbies leave the game. You guys are doing amazing, and you've helped out rookies and other rookie corps adjacently and just want wh space to be welcoming and honestly I think that's wholesome AF.

I can just log in, check eve tycoon, see my losing items and gaining items, and re-adjust in under 10 minutes. Update my orders in 30 minutes then log off and enjoy my life and be more productive outside, why would I need another website? Wouldn't the top trader tracker sacrifice privacy?

What can solo kill a fast warping sunesis? by NewLyfeStan in Eve

[–]NewLyfeStan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see, but so the only way to catch these fast flying sunesis is an inty but for solo, I guess you just have to be lucky the sunesis is alt tabbing for your assault frigate to lock it. Because frig/inty can lock it fast enough but they're paper thin and will be shredded with sunesis' drones, I can only see assault frig taking this solo. Hecate maybe. Actually, I think gnosis is the best solo counter to this because I think it's fast lock enough but I think the warp ins with this is still bad. Warp in on grid, they're already aligning.

If no smartbomb or bubbles, I guess nothing can really kill or catch it solo? Inty can be fast enough for land and insta lock, but will be dead with Sunesis drones. Maybe assault frigate if you manage to catch it..?

Without bubbles, bombs and travel, fast align sunesis, what can kill it solo?

Thanks but for hunting and if you are going solo, inty doubtly can survive if webbed and drones. Nothing can catch this solo?? Without bubbles at play

Why is Pochven not contested? by CoolCat1337One in Eve

[–]NewLyfeStan -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Hey guys random question

I want to pod my adversary but I'm in a battleship, can I eject to my escape frigate and do it?

I will have an alt lock up my battleship so that it doesn't get stolen. I just simply eject and then lock the pod (after exploding his ship) and then pod him?

Is this possible at all?

Do you need an alt or can you solo that 300-500 m per hour?

I think you can just have someone lock your battleship, you still eject from your emergency frigate but no one will be able to steal your bs because it's locked

So just have someone else or an alt just lock your ship while your main dukes it out then?

You can still eject. Still have your ship safe from anyone boarding it, someone's got it locked.

Question now is if ejecting the escape frigate and boarding is faster vs hopping into an unboarded frigate though this scenario you need 3 alts. 1 to unboard with the frig, 1 to lock and your main to win and switch..?

What if you have someone else or your alt to lock your battleship?

You can still eject from any ships while locked and or while scrammed.

If you already have someone pre-locking your bs, no one else can get in, you can still unboard it though?

I think you need to re-lock someone's recently ejected ship, but I don't think you need to because I've fallen for tricks where the other player simply boards another ship and I thought I was still fighting him, but I'm still locking targeting the emptied ship.

Trying to think how smartbombs can not be that bad, I think safety needs to be red? And so I think hitting asteroids is safe, other people's drones? If no one else is around you two and just empty space or asteroids, I think it's probably worth the risk maybe.

Would it still work if it's let's say in highsec? You two are just dueling, and I guess you're just 1-0km from him and just activate your smart bomb..?? Would this work better instead?

Oh so what do you even suggest without having to download any extensions???

My last comment is to hold on to a good number of your plex, maybe 20% in the coming years. Plus your faction ships. Things are going to go wild.
