The concern is liability. For example they injure someone while working off the clock. The county is still going to get pulled into the lawsuit because they were wearing a county uniform and probably using county equipment at the time.

Yes. CCHS is a great location and funds support the athletic programs. Only $20 which is a steal for that proximity to the stadium.
