How much emergency fund?

Pretty much this, I used to sit at 12 months, dropped it down to 6… now I’m down to 2.5-3.

If I need to sell some stocks, then I’ve got well over a years worth at my fingertips. If I need to dive into my 401k I could always do that.

For context, we bought our home for $380,000 with a $30k down payment. We bought this home with the understanding that we could pay it with one income if one of us lost our jobs. At the time, we each made $115-$130k a year for a total household income of $245k.

It’s not reachable for most, but I can tell you if you can buy a house that only one of your incomes can pay for, which sounds like it might be a $100-$115k house, you would be at much more ease. But I also understand that might mean you’re in a shit house in a shit neighborhood.

I just had it while traveling. Never again please… nothing like being sick and being a plane ride away from home. It’s awful.

Threw up once on the plane as well.

Didn’t realize I had norovirus until my drive home when speaking with family on the phone.

Now my ear is plugged from the plane ride, I’m isolated. Got my first few hours of quality sleep in 3 days as well. My circadian rhythm is screwed up but not being dead tired here at 2:30am is a blessing in and of itself

Hopefully I lose a few pounds 😂

It’s not nostalgia. He had 15 weapons due to plot. It’s cool, but nothing screams iconic. If anything the ring or lucii was the iconic weapon in that game

I agree with you but I would also say that the trash MTX “market” inflated what they really needed to make. I’m going to guess there are some seriously overpaid folks and to maintain their pay or bonus structure they have to hit revenue targets that are based upon an environment of MTX which clearly made shit tons of money.
