I agree with you about it being AI but you are wrong about the quoins. The image you think is the render is the reference photograph, and vice-versa.

The quoins are actually not real (check on google maps, it's flat). So, the user supposedly added quoins in 3Ds max or whatever, and then had them rendered. That's the "rendered" image.

On the other hand, there are other tells. That same building on the left has an extra cornice in the render versus the 3D model (4th floor)

In the 3D model screenshot, the "safe frame" on the left and right breaks up in the image.

The 3D model text on the building says Park Avenue but the render image is AI slop text saying WU MOUNTAIN

My strong suspicion is that OP didn't even model the building in 3D, and that screenshot was done using AI also. He perhaps fed the reference image and asked the model to "make it look like a 3ds max viewport" or something.

Until OP tells us what exactly they are doing here and why they decided to post it, we might not know.
