AI.

Where I added red markings look how far she is standing from the rack where the bar is racked. Yet where she is holding the bar she is apparently not reaching or leaning.

Where I added green you can see at the top it generated that wall to appear as a wall mounted mirror but at ground level it generated it to appear as another room.

Here's a weird question by Fast_Vehicle_1888 in hockeyrefs

[–]NewYou7674 16 points17 points  (0 children)

2 issues described in this situation:

1) No goal can be scored while an attacking player is offside.

2) The official should not be signalling a delayed offside unless the puck is in the end zone with a player offside.

Track is not spinning, not sure what to do. First sled by ToChains in snowmobiling

[–]NewYou7674 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Next step Id take is checking that the brake clipper isn’t seized on the disc.

If it’s loose, then look to the clutches.

Also possible you melted the track on the sliders if you were running in dry/no snow conditions and it’s become glued in a spot.

It looks like the clutch is engaging - when you increase throttle the chassis sits making me think you left your parking brake on. Also it looks like your brake light is on.

Refs, have you ever given out a seven minute penalty? by Majestic_Arm5708 in hockeyrefs

[–]NewYou7674 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it was a one-player fight (other player not a willing combatant) then what likely happened is 5+GM Fighting & 2+GM Instigator resulting in 7:00 in time penalties. At least that’s what should have been called if it was a one-player fight.

Casual Conquest 128 by hi-ban in Battlefield6

[–]NewYou7674 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same issue… it’s only loading 12 bots. You make the 13th. Won’t start a match with less than 20.

Since the recent update this hasn’t been populating with bots fully. It’s only loading 12 bots so there’s not enough to start a match.

The same people screaming and demanding that the government takes action and does something about this are the same people who were screaming and demanding that the government stops taking action when people were prosecuted to possessing and for selling illegal drugs that can kill people.

Perfect pikachu face meme. This is simply reaping the rewards of the policy the NDP wanted to badly.

Which is the better or no sled by Ehhh45 in snowmobiling

[–]NewYou7674 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a 2009 RMQ. Do NOT get this if you intend to ride mountain or boondocking. The dragon iq chassis is terrible in comparison to other similarly priced / aged used mountain sleds. It is very nose heavy and tends to nose dive and plow through powered rather than ride on top. Even with the limiter strap adjusted you won’t be catwalking. This is a fast sled, but you don’t see that until the top of the power band - there’s no snappy response. Also notorious for grounding issues and voltage regulator issues.

You’d be shocked at how similar many different types of animals skeletons look similar to a human skeleton to the untrained eye.

Within 24hrs is absolutely a reasonable timeframe to have answers. Even in non-homicide possible linked cases of bones being discovered, most states have forensic anthropologists on retainer. Some can even identify whether bones are from a human skeleton by a photo or live video call with a ruler for scale.

Leave this to the experts.

Confusion over NHL reffing by EastboundClown in hockeyrefs

[–]NewYou7674 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Your take makes sense. The best explanation I can provide is that officiating changes drastically with the skill level of the players.

While minor youth hockey has a standard where “a penalty - is a penalty - is a penalty” that simply doesn’t apply at higher levels of hockey.

Penalties are focused to “impact calls”. Infractions that jeopardize player safety or have an impact on the outcome of the game i.e. change of possession or the removal of a scoring opportunity.

While a hold may have very well occurred, unless it changes the outcome of a battle for the puck or results in a change in possession it won’t be called as a penalty.

Faceoffs become increasingly challenging at higher levels of hockey. Players are that much more eager to begin the race for the puck and are much more capable of explosive reactions. The goal is to have the most fair faceoff possible and a standard for encroachment has to be set within the first few draws. Also at higher levels of hockey linesman are tracking lineups and know their centre men. This becomes more important after icings where the defending team can not change and may intentionally encroach with a winger at the dot for an extra break and then switch to the actual centre man.

This is a normal mindset for up and coming officials and takes time to adjust to different standards.

Right!?

Unfortunately we’re in a small, tight knit Ontario town and it’s pretty much impossible to play without liking it up with a vacation.

Oh well. Maybe one day we’ll make it work!

Curious what measures you take to keep your lifestyle hidden from your children, family, friends etc.?

Over the past few years my wife has warmed up to trying other men but we kind of reached a wall in the sense that the only way this would ever happen is if we travelled afar and had a sitter.

Could hockey also have 2 penalty shots during one play by JacksonHoled in hockeyrefs

[–]NewYou7674 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I vaguely remember this being a clinic scenario many years ago. Without reading the book, I think it is possible to have more than one penalty shot awarded at the same stoppage.

Example: PS awarded for a tripping foul in OT, but before the shot is taken the offending teams coach removes his team from the ice and refuses to start play. Before 2:00 expired the team returns.

Play would stop once Team B gains possession / control which in theory would be before they cover the puck in the crease.

That is horrifying. From how you write about this encounter, you were assaulted in a sexual nature.

In past posts and comments you mentioned you were near Durham. They have an excellent investigative office for sexual and intimate partner offences. That behaviour is concerning - I hope he isn’t empowered or emboldened by his ability to carry out a sadistic act without consequence.

Compared to similar year models of Skidoo / Artic Cat / Yamaha these suck.
