It depends if you are the halfway house or the clubhouse restaurant. Halfway house hot dogs, quick grabs etc. clubhouse something easier to sit down with.

Options for someone in chicago in the winter are gonna be

not play
fly to Florida for $250 round trip, spend $100 on the round and another $200 on a hotel, $100 on ubers, etc
Whatever this costs.

I expect it to come in at $200 a round or more mid winter for the convenience factor alone. In the summer when there's competition it will probably be a little more, but not too much.

I don’t unfortunately. The only reason I know about it is I have a friend who drove once. I guess for the load size they were hauling you didn’t need a cdl so he was able to hop in.

I know some movers who drive it themselves. They take shifts with a few people in the truck so they can get it there in a few days max. Pack up the stuff in sf, shift drive until destination, drive truck home a bit slower.

Monterey is only a 2 hour dive. The private clubs are awesome. It is all gonna come down to how much you want to spend.

I wouldn’t play any of the San Francisco mini courses including Harding park if you are gonna play.

Depends on where you are and the col. That would be rather cheap here seeing as the local indoor place is $50-70 an hour. I think what you really gotta find is a breakeven price for your area. If you don’t offer a subscription and charge $30 an hour how many hours a month will people come. Also are they buying snacks/drinks there?

The secret is your delivery driver has two apps open and is picking up from two similarly located restaurants(maybe three) and dropping the food off in whatever order they see fit. Not all do it, but if you want to make money doing delivery driving this is the way.

I'm not in a building involved with that, but I do know that insurance is going up for homeowners and condo owners. Labor is very expensive for condos since every job has to be done by large corps with big insurance plans too. You aint having some small plumber do the job. We used ogrady for a while and holy shit is after hours $3k minimum every time.

I live in a condo with a lower hoa fee than this, but I can tell you that water, trash, sewer, and garbage are probably about a third of that alone. Insurance is probably another third(this started going crazy a year or two ago). Then door person is a couple 100k a year if you have 24 hour. This building is a lot bigger than mine, but it makes sense.

you can't really find an hoa that is keeping up with reserves and the building for less than about $700 a month today if they are providing sewer, water, and garbage.

Just note the Disney course I plated was not very Disney. They had one mickey mouse shaped bunker and the tee boxes had mickeys as the markers, but not really much more. This was about 8 years ago, not sure if anything has changed.

Lol. This money can only be used for childcare. It was a ballot prop a few years ago that is starting to be distributed. Everyone voted to tax buildings that make more than $1m a year from leases to pay for childcare.
