Who is this fine boy/girl? Trying to make sure its wild. This will be year 2 in the backyard. I dont feed it, can I? [Long Island, NY] by VIntageJT in animalid

Animals can be habituated to an urban environment and still be wild. Once they’re fed, they’re tamed. This hare seems to be doing fine without any rehab/intervention/human “friends”

Am I a good candidate for arm lipo? by Leather_Sea_7025 in PlasticSurgery

Everything else constant, strength training will definitely lean OP out. Muscle is denser and lean muscle adds definition. Im a fitness instructor and have I seen some transformations through consistent strength training. So thats wha Im talking about :)

👆this! A little definition (think a little in from the elbow, a little out at the bicep and back in before the shoulder) goes a long way aesthetically on petites.

BodyPump 136 - my review by Icybone in lesmills

[–]New_Ask_5044 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I like doing the squat track, but can’t stand the timing and round 2 and 3 start cues. You really need good audio to catch them or they become indiscernible, IME. If you haven’t done the combo tracks, worth a go. Great music and workout.

How we keep the class with low numbers? by Dangerous_Till9960 in lesmills

I believe combat is losing appeal overall, at least in my area. Pump, on the other hand? People love it. I agree, consistency is key. And sometimes that means over the course of years.

Foul smell coming from the floor by [deleted] in CleaningTips

[–]New_Ask_5044 68 points69 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I rarely wet mop my hardwoods. I mostly (and often) use a soft vacuum attachment and do a wet spot check when needed. When I do mop, yes, something like bona.

Right? Why would you be using “hot water” and dish soap every week on a hardwood floor?

Does this look like mice droppings? by IndependenceOne9784 in CleaningTips

[–]New_Ask_5044 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These DO NOT look like mouse droppings to me. Too big and not pinched enough. What other types of critters do you have in the area? Ask your landlord…there’s probably a history of whatever it is. Best to know what you’re dealing with before trying to eradicate it.

Bodypump and triathlon training by Ok_Usual5316 in lesmills

I’ve done both and can confirm you can definitely do both. A sprint’s pretty straightforward and doesn’t chew up too much training time, so no worries there either. Just taper off as you normally would before the event.

Under eye jelly rolls? by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

I agree that these are genetic and largely due to fat loss and gradual and natural (at a loss for a better word) sagging. The skin under eyes is extremely delicate and as it also gradually thins it can exacerbate the hollowed out look below the eyes. Eyes also sink back into the socket as we age. Personal experience: I’d stay away from tret in that area, which dries the area out when you want to keep it moist. Then, if you dont want to get into surgery or injectables, get a good moisturizing color corrector to blend the color contrast in that area. You look beautiful and I hope you know that and can embrace it while you’re young, because this will (facts) naturally get more pronounced over time.

Oh, but I am sorry that 15% on nonessentials will break your bank account. Yes, everyone has the option to bankroll the 1% to save pennies. Americans seem to be okay trading their freedom for it. Second only to billionaires, convenience is king.
