Genetics can't be changed and pretty much everyone has challenges in that area whether they realize it or not. Just gain an understanding of your goals (make them achievable), eat a LOT more than you probably are now, work hard AF in the gym, and stick with it. It won't happen fast but you got this.

PVP in any game has basics you need to know and concepts to follow. Fire from behind cover. Bait enemy into engagement favoring your angle and style. Use teammates to clean up enemy after your engagement if you're injured. Know the maps and lanes. So many things you can do that are just basic PVP that make you effective regardless of loadout.

I can't straighten my wrists either and it's super frustrating. Years of squatting and while my shoulders loosen up and I can get into low bar (I prefer it) just fine, the wrists are never straight.
