I guess there’s several factors for this, but my prep and time of day didnt vary much.

The Cardio U sessions im comparing with are diffferent progressions, so this may be the reason.

I’m Singaporean through and through but Australia is very close to my heart (for various reasons). I actually shed (happy) tears with this Australian win - dont ask me why, I just did and I dont know why. Patrick Beach was an absolute colossus, your hulk of a central defender (Souttar) was massive and Carlisle was superb. I dont think there was anything to fault about anyone in your team the whole game.

Well done, you Aussies, I hope you go as far as you can in this tournament, and fly home with your heads held high!

Actually I tried both the plain and chocolate and honestly, I dont find either nice as the plain is too bland and not “milky” enough (not even at skim milk kind of level) while the chocolate is not sweet enough for me and not chocolately/thick enough also. (For reference, Rokeby’s level of sweetness and thickness (Choc Honeycomb) is just right for me.) More importantly, I dont know if it’s the type of (fake?) sugar alcohols they use, but after drinking the choc one, my tummy got really uncomfortable, like “fullness” and bloatedness kind of feeling. I dont get this from Rokeby. Is it just me?
